Gardin integrates with LetsGrow to deliver plant indices into LetsGrow, so growers can monitor crop performance feedback alongside their climate and crop monitoring data in one place.

Overview​

Through a fully automated integration, Gardin pushes plant indices to LetsGrow once the integration is enabled for a customer. Growers do not install additional software on the climate computer; Gardin and LetsGrow complete setup on behalf of the customer.

Key Features​

Automated Data Integration​

Gardin indices are sent to LetsGrow over secure connections. After onboarding, data flows continuously without manual export or import.

Integrated Crop Monitoring​

View Gardin plant indices in LetsGrow, including:

  • Plant Health: Overall crop condition scoring
  • Light Efficiency: Photosynthetic performance metrics
  • Daily Photosynthetic Integral (DPI): Cumulative light absorption
  • Energy Balance: Indicator of whether the crop is source- or sink-limited

Exact availability may depend on your Gardin subscription and the modules LetsGrow configures for each control area.

Near Real-Time Data Delivery​

New index values are typically available in LetsGrow within 15 - 30 minutes of being calculated in Gardin Pulse.

Unified Monitoring​

View Gardin indices in LetsGrow alongside existing climate and crop data, so environmental conditions and plant response can be reviewed together.

Getting Started​

Prerequisites​

Before enabling the integration, ensure you have:

  1. LetsGrow account and modules set up for the relevant crop areas (via LetsGrow)
  2. An active Gardin subscription with operational sensors on the mapped control areas

Step 1: Request integration​

Contact LetsGrow to request Gardin data in LetsGrow. LetsGrow creates the required modules (typically one module per Gardin control area) and coordinates with Gardin.

Step 2: Technical configuration​

Gardin and LetsGrow align on:

  • LetsGrow tenant identification for your organisation
  • Mapping of Gardin control areas and indices to LetsGrow modules
  • Validation that index data is received correctly in LetsGrow

Customers do not manage Gardin-to-LetsGrow API credentials.

Step 3: Activation​

After configuration and validation, Gardin indices flow automatically to LetsGrow. Values appear in the modules LetsGrow configured for your facility.
